1 1/2 TBLs active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
6 cups bread flour

Directions

In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water

Mix 5 cups flour 1 cup at a time

Place in a well oiled bowl and turn dough to coat
Cover with a clean, thin towel
Allow dough to rise until it doubles in size (about 1 hour)
Punch dough down and knead for a few minutes (use a little more flour if necessary to keep it from sticking) and divide in half

Shape into 2 loaves and place into 2 well oiled 9×5 inch loaf pans
Cover and let dough rise for 30 minutes or until dough is about 1 inch above pans
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
